Fountain Hills Assisted Living is owned by members of the Carl and Carlene Mortensen family. Carl and Carlene are long-time residents of Lubbock. They own Mortensen Properties and have worked for many years as real estate developers in the Lubbock area. The Mortensens value family and quality of life. They appreciate the chance to offer residents needing assistance the opportunity to live a meaningful life in a lovely home in the beautiful Fountain Hills Estates subdivision. In addition to their business enterprises, the Mortensens also spend a great deal of time in church service. They work within their local church community and recently returned from a 2-year service mission to Jamaica. Tyanya Smith, the Mortensen's oldest daughter is the director of Fountain Hills
